Assessment<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d22ddc1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d22ddc1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>To complete the training course, candidates are required to take and pass both the theory and practical assessment at an Approved Training Partner.<\/p><p>The certificate of completion for the full course allows you to apply to the Scheme to become a certified tester (the certificate of completion doesn&#8217;t grant immediate access to the Scheme).<\/p><p>There may be circumstances where the tester fails to meet the minimum requirements of the assessment and may require further training.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8f04da6 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"8f04da6\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_ha_eqh_enable&quot;:false}\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b06c29a elementor-widget elementor-widget-ha-icon-box happy-addon ha-icon-box\" data-id=\"b06c29a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"ha-icon-box.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"ha-icon-box-icon\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<i class=\"icon icon-document\"><\/i>\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<h2 class=\"ha-icon-box-title\">Direct Assessment<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-009eb02 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"009eb02\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Applicants may choose to directly complete the assessment without additional training.<\/p><p><strong>At no point does ADVCCS require, suggest or mandate that the training course should be taken.<\/strong><\/p><p>Applicants are only able to conduct the assessment twice before needing to wait a period of 3 months before resitting the examination. (Note that the limits are not defined by the Scheme but by the customers that the applicants work for. ADVVCS members must ensure they are suitably covered for all eventualities.)<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span all equipment required for testing, which must have had calibration carried out in accordance with \u2018PUV007 \u2013 Equipment and Calibration Requirements\u2019.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-icon\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<i
