Details of equipment used but not owned by the tester should be included in the information submitted for the next annual audit.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b124213 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b124213\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Calibration<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4a4d9b4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4a4d9b4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The requirements for equipment calibration is stated within ATTMA TSL1 and TSL2\u00a0<br \/>All the following specification are required of all equipment used, which must all be undertaken by a UKAS accredited calibration laboratory.<br \/>Pressure differential measurement devices (micro-manometer) must be capable of measuring pressure differentials with an accuracy of \u00b12 Pascals in the range of 0 to \u00b1100 Pascals.<br \/>Air flow rate measurement devices must have a flow measurement accuracy not greater than 7% of the reading.<br \/>Where multiple fans measurement systems are to be used in unison then the calibration of all individual units needs to be verified.<br \/>Temperature measurement devices must have an accuracy of \u00b11\uf0b0C within the range of -20\uf0b0C to +40\uf0b0C.<br \/>Barometric pressure measurement devices must have an accuracy of \u00b15 mbar in the range of 950 \u2013 1050 mbar.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-44e2b12 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"44e2b12\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Proprietary Software<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bae35eb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"bae35eb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Scheme Technical Manager and Managing Director will investigate and approve if appropriate the latest versions of:<br \/>\u2022 Energy Conservatory Tectite Software<br \/>\u2022 Retrotec Fantestic Software<br \/>\u2022 Any UKAS accredited firms using bespoke software will have had this scrutinised by UKAS and thus be approved.<br \/>\u2022 Any members wishing to use their own software must allow it to be checked during the audit process (standard data to aid checking can be provided prior to this).<br \/><i>Note: using approved software does not assure a correct result for the air tightness test is produced. The overall test set-up, test and input must be in harmony for the correct result.<\/i><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d6b06a6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d6b06a6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Hired\/Borrowed Equipment<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5313b1c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5313b1c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Record Keeping<br \/>A record shall be kept of all equipment used for testing and pre-completion testing including that which is not owned by the tester.
