{"id":3500,"date":"2022-12-01T13:25:44","date_gmt":"2022-12-01T13:25:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bcta.group\/attma\/?p=3500"},"modified":"2022-12-01T13:39:28","modified_gmt":"2022-12-01T13:39:28","slug":"record-number-of-lodgements","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bcta.group\/attma\/2022\/record-number-of-lodgements\/","title":{"rendered":"Record Number of Lodgements"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>ATTMA is pleased to announce that a record number of lodgements were submitted in November 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>20,064 lodgements were lodged in November, breaking the record by almost 1000 lodgements, a record that has been held since June 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Barry Cope, ATTMA Scheme Director said: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>20,000 Lodgements in a single calendar month, breaking our all-time record, shows that the industry is already well ahead of the incoming 2022 Building Regulations updates, as more than 80% of the new-build housing stock in this country is being tested.
