Directions and Parking

The Building Performance Hub is located in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, just off Junction 3 of the M40.

From M25/London –

Exit at M40, Junction 3 (High Wycombe East)

Take the 2nd exit onto A40 London Road

Continue over the roundabout, 2nd exit to stay on A40 London Road

After you pass the Shell Garage, at the traffic lights turn right onto Gomm Road

 

Take the first left and continue straight past Halfords and then take the second right.

From Birmingham

Exit at M40, Junction 4 (High Wycombe)

Follow the signs to Wycombe A404

At the bottom of Marlow Hill, turn right on the roundabout (2nd exit), then straight ahead at the next roundabout following signs to Beaconsfield A40

Continue on the A40 for 2 miles

After the BMW/Mini Garage, turn left onto Gomm Road at the traffic lights.

Take the first left and continue straight past Halfords and then take the second right.

Parking Instructions.

Please do not park in Aldi, B&Q/Halfords car parks as there is a maximum stay of 1 ½ hours for customers only. (Aldi Car Park shaded in Red)
