He has been advocating the need for compliance to standards for improved safety and quality across industries for most of the last 18 years. He has a vast experience of how conformity is realized across supply chains of several industries including Consumer Electronics, Industrial, Renewable and Building Products. Along with helping certification bodies expand their horizons of business for over a decade, he has been writing articles and presenting at various forums about mandatory and voluntary quality and safety compliance activities. He also owns and drives a blog called Gurus of Testing, Inspection and Certification ( aimed at expanding the understanding of conformity across the world.

Sujana is an engineer with post-graduation in civil engineering (focus on soil mechanics). Before joining Thomas Bell-Wright International Consultants she was part of the facility of a leading technology institute in India, where she also led the Concrete Technology and Strength of Materials Lab. Over the las two years she has conducted over 400 reaction to fire tests across British, American, and European Standards. The wide array of materials she has tested has led her to develop a keen understanding of material behaviour. She is currently handling fire propagation tests on a fa├žade mockups in the Fire Testing Laboratory here in Dubai.
