Prior Knowledge

It is recommended that delegates:

• Be an air tightness tester or very familiar with air tightness testing

Course Content

The course includes a combination of both presentation and demonstrations which includes:

Presentations

The presentations cover the following key topic areas:

• Types of low energy buildings, including Passivhaus and EnerPHit
• Test standards
• Equipment setup
• Test procedure
• Building preparation
• Testing multi-unit buildings
• Building volume for low energy buildings

Demonstration

The course has the following demonstration:

• Calculation of the volume for a low energy building
