Retrotec are now pushing out a fix for the latest issues.
If you are getting strange results and/or the addresses are not showing when retrieving shared data, please update to 5.9.13.12 which fixes these problems.
This should be done automatically, or can be forced by clicking File -> Check for Updates.
I am aware that some users have not had the option to update just yet, please be patient as Retrotec role out the update to all users.
