It is a requirement from the respective Governments that all members hold Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.

The ATTMA is delighted to partner with Thomas Carroll Brokers to be able to offer TWO deals.

Insurance Per Lodgement

The ATTMA can now provide insurance directly through the Lodgement System.
As from 1st February 2024, insurance costs will be 50p per dwelling and £1.00 per non-dwelling. You will be covered for up to £5,000,000 for Professional Indemnity and £2,000,000 for Public Liability claims. This means that the ATTMA may be able to reduce your annual insurance requirements significantly.

For Members who carry out more than 600 dwelling tests per year, or require a higher level of Professional Indemnity Insurance, insurance can be sought through our partners Thomas Carroll Brokers.
