ATTMA Seeks New Technical Committee Members

The ATTMA Board of Directors is seeking to re-establish the ATTMA Technical Committee (TechComm), a sub-committee of the Board of Directors, following the changes within the legal structure of ATTMA.

The responsibility of the TechComm is, but not limited, to:

  1. Reviewing Technical Standards and outputs from the BCTA ATTMA Trade Association
  2. Assessing information, standards and software for completeness and accuracy as required
  3. Informing the Board of Directors, where consulted, on technical matters.

The TechComm meets four times per annum. Other meetings may be conducted using video conferencing, should a need arise necessitating the TechComm to discuss, review or vote on an issue arising.

The ideal candidates shall possess detailed knowledge of air tightness testing, the industry, regulation, calibration and/or software. There is no minimum time experience required nor is there a requirement to be part of the ATTMA Competent Persons Scheme. This is a non-paying role, though reasonable expenses may be paid for travel and attendance.

Meetings will be held alternately at our London and Leeds offices, unless the membership weighting is biased towards one of the two areas.

If you feel you would like to represent ATTMA in the TechComm, please apply, highlighting your experience using the following form. The application process closes at 5pm on Monday 23rd December.
