How the climate emergency is being seen, is changing and whilst it is an energy and environmental issue, it is also a health, humanitarian and economic crisis. Energy efficient buildings are the catalyst to bring change, with assisting carbon emissions. This will also provide an increase in jobs and training to build a greener economy and provide homeowners with healthy, comfortable indoor environments. Passivhaus offers a robust ‘oven-ready’ solution to make both existing and new buildings highly efficient.
Starting on 4th November 2020, and finishing on 25th November, the conference aims to explore these issues and more, to head towards a greener future. The latest Passivhaus research and developments, pioneering Passivhaus projects and policies to tackle climate change, which will be discussed online.
The conference will be useful for anyone in construction and built environment from researchers to contractors, including Institutions and Local Authorities and policymakers involved with sustainable development and integration.
