ATTMA App Launches on Windows

The Air Tightness Testing and Measurement Association (ATTMA) is proud to announce that the ATTMA App is now available on Windows Laptops and Tablets!

Following on from the success of the app launching on Apple Store and Google Play, we’ve often been asked about the Windows version. We understood that not everyone would have access to iPads etc therefore we took it upon ourselves to start work on the Windows App.

As with the other platforms, the App is completely free for ATTMA members to use. We’ve also created a short YouTube video which should help with the setting up of the application when first used.

The PC version incorporates the same features as the tablet version but instead of using the camera in your tablet to take photographs you can either use your webcam or browse your computer for the images

Paul Carling, Technical Manager

Paul Carling, Technical Manager, commented: “The ATTMA App has been designed the opposite way round to most software in that it’s been designed to do the calculations for the most complex test, which is a permanently compartmentalised building, while still being capable of doing the easiest.  It does this through the use of compartments, which allows you create compartments, assign equipment and therefore apply readings to individual compartment”

“Whole building tests are effectively single compartment tests.” he continued. “The PC version incorporates the same features as the tablet version but instead of using the camera in your tablet to take photographs you can either use your webcam or browse your computer for the images if they are taken from another device.  This will open the App to more users, due to not needing to purchase an additional device for use on site. The App is exclusively available to ATTMA members and it’s free.”
