The Building Regulations for Wales have sent out a circular with new amendments to the Building Regulations and Approved Documents L1, F1 and O for Wales.
The amendments for 2022 cover energy efficiency, ventilations and overheating and will take effect on 23rd November 2022.
The main areas for air testers were 100% testing, CIBSE TM23, and that there were no changes to calibration.
