Fees

ATTMA Fees are reviewed every year and will be updated. Members will also receive emails. Annual Fees will be collected for the beginning of each year so your certification starts in January and runs through automatically through to December.

Lodgement Fees are invoiced in arrears and will be invoiced every month.

Lodgement Fees

What Does This Include?

Lodgement fees are charged once per individual test
£2.05+VAT per dwellings, £15+VAT per non-dwelling
The first test of the plot is charged each retest thereafter is not
All tests regardless of result must be lodged
Lodgement fees are charged once per building/plot not once per test. The initial test of the building/plot is charged, each test thereafter is not. All tests regardless of results must be lodged.
Lodgement fees will be automatically accrued for each company and invoiced monthly in arrears.
All fees are subject to VAT
* From 1st October there is a price increase of lodgement fees. Dwelling lodgement fees will increase to £2.05+VAT per plot and non dwellings to £15+VAT per plot.

APEL Application

Accredited Prior Experience and/or Learning

What Does This Include?

Applicants who wish to join via the APEL Application Route must pay the £300+VAT Application Fee
APEL is the assessment of existing test data where testers choose to upgrade or join via the APEL process
Payment is required before the APEL Assessment can take place
All Fees are subject to VAT
