Tester Application Form

Welcome to the ATTMA Tester Registration page and is for those wishing to become an ATTMA Tester only. This section is exclusively for testers who are not registered with ATTMA and is stage two of the application. In this specific form, you’ll be asked about the individual, therefore it is recommended that the tester fills in the application form. Information required may include:

  • Previous ATTMA ID (if applicable)
  • Tester Level Applying for
  • Your Qualification Evidence
  • Your Air Tightness Testing Calibration if it belongs to you

You will NOT be asked anything about the company. If your company is not registered yet, please see below

COMPANIES

Stage Two of your application is for testers. If your company is already registered with ATTMA, you may proceed directly to this application. If your company is not registered, or you have not completed the initial application form, please do so before returning to this stage.
